What do I have to do to change my Online Banking User ID?
To change your Online Banking User ID, you must first be deleted from Online Banking. To delete your old account, you must fax or mail in a request or submit the request at your local office. The request must state that you want to delete your account and include your Online Banking User ID, name (signed and printed), account number and Social Security Number. Requests should be faxed to 412-261-8282 or mailed to:
