How do I log in to the new Online Banking?
The first time you log in to the new Online Banking, you are required to go through a one-time registration process using a temporary password that you received via letter. Details are also available at dollar.bank/newob. As part of the first-time login, you will also be asked to choose which phone number on file you would like a one-time verification code sent to you in order to validate your identity. If your phone numbers on file are not correct and you are unable to log in, please call 1-855-590-9900, Monday - Saturday 8 AM - 8 PM and Sunday 9 AM - 3 PM.
Please note: Your first-time login can only be done through Online Banking. Once your account is set-up in Online Banking, you can begin using our new mobile app.
